Cuban-born, Miami-raised Ana brings many years experience and expertise to our office, having begun her dental assistant career soon after graduating High School in 1980. She earned her Dental Assistant Certification from Lindsey Hopkins Technical Institute. She enjoys the everyday dynamic interactions with the patients, and her goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, and well informed, throughout their dental treatment.
Ana moved to Naples in 1999 from Atlanta, Georgia with her husband Ralph, and never looked back, reveling in the culture and the weather of Southwest Florida. Married more than 27 years, they have two grown sons, Rafael and Joshua. She and her husband are both active members of the First Baptist Church of Naples. Ana is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Determined to be physically active, Ana participated in Naples Boot Camp in 2009. She says, "It was the best and hardest physical challenge I have ever done in my life!" Ana is well known as a great cook, and loves to entertain everyone with her cooking talents - we're glad to have that talent in-house! Her other hobbies are spending time with her family, especially with her husband, biking, gardening, fishing, boating, and traveling. With so many hobbies, we hope she makes time to cook for us as well!
