As a recently re-relocated Floridian, Carra is happy to be back in Southwest Florida! She has abandoned icy, dreary winters, and replaced them with sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.
Carra was pleased to meet Dr. Long Huynh and Dr. Huynh-Le shortly after she arrived, and we were pleased to find that we have many things in common - one of which is our strong desire to help people achieve optimal dental health.
Carra has worked in the dental field since 1985, first as a certified dental assistant, and then as an orthodontic assistant. She returned to college and graduated with honors in 1993 as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Shortly after graduation she had the opportunity to move to Rosenheim, Germany. Besides learning to speak, read, and write all about teeth in German, she also learned a great deal about periodontal disease while living in Germany. Treatment for periodontal disease and optimized treatment for each patient is her passion.
Carra enjoys music, Bible study, reading, bicycling, and travel.
